Bitcoin problem after 1st initial purchase

Thu Oct 19, 2017 8:50 pm

I signed up through Glidera and provided them with all there required information (bank account, Pic ID, etc. After approved I purchased approximatly .045 in BTC on 10/12/17. Then I received an e-mail on 10/28 informing me that my transaction was successfull and my funds were in my Xapo wallet address I provided. However after checking my wallet no funds had arrived. The Xapo trouble shooting suggested I check the blockchain to ensure that the transaction indeed went through. Blockchain also confirmed that the funds transfer was successful. I am now at a complete loss as to what else to do to recover my BTC.

I Thank you all in advance for any assistance/advice your willing to provide.

Can you please post the bitcoin address you were receiving address here so we can look for you.

The problem is that if the txid shows as confirmed then it must have been sent because the blockchain doesn't lie.
What you will have to check is if the address they sent to was the same address you gave them, if it was double check that you copied the address from your Xapo wallet and not accidentally from another wallet.

If all is correct then the best you can do is email all the evidence including the email you received saying funds received to Xapo and state your case, they will then either show you were the coins went or credit your account if there has been a mistake on their end.

Most times it's better you buy from trusted third party. They don't give stories like this. Goodluck buddy, I hope you get this resolved asap.
