Commercial Bitcoin Mining Philippines

Im looking at setting up a Bitcoin Mining Facility in Philippines. I have a business model and equipment plan. Potentially Mine 1500 Bitcoins / year / Unit. System can be set-up in stages, So we cans tart with 1 x system to keep investment requirement to a minimum, then scale up as we start mining Bitcoins. I want to start a funding process for potential investors - any ideas where I maybe able to attract Investors?

How are you going to cool these mining rigs? The Philippines is a very hot place and not somewhere i would think about placing bitcoin miners.
I believe that the power costs are also quite high and can be unreliable at times, all reasons this doesn't sound like a good idea.
