Please Help

Today I made a total noob mistake and transferred some btc to a desktop wallet I've a never used before (mSIGMA) rather than test a small amount first I sent .397 (2500 nz app) to the address that the wallet issued, however it does not want to appear to sync and my balance is showing zero. I have the address and the word seed generated when set up, I can see the funds have been sent to the address but I can not access them using this wallet which is clearly to advanced for me !

How can I access my btc ! ( using a simpler wallet)

Any help deeply appreciated !!!

As long as you have the seed to the wallet you should be fine.

Try importing the seed into another wallet client, try Electrum.

I have just tried that, I can of course create a watching only wallet, but when I enter my private key I expiorted from MSigna in electrum I get Nada .... I'm feeling ill

Prob serves me right for being an idiot, I just wanted to start getting my btc off exchanges for the next hard fork and proper security, seriously hoping it's recoverable .... any further suggestions more than welcome....
