Bitcoin App

I have accidently delete my Bitcoin APP from my phone. Can I download the Bitcoin App again? Can I restore from a pervious Backup on my iPhone? I also have the Bread wallet App showing the transfer information.

You mean you deleted the Bitcoin.com wallet app?

As long as you have the 12 word phrase that restores your private key, you have nothing to worry about. Just redownload the app, and restore your wallet using the 12 word phrase. Your funds have not been lost.

Thank you!! I believe I do and will look for it at home. But if I don't would a restore work?

You can't restore a wallet without the private key. So you need the 12 word phrase, or the wallet.dat file (or however your wallet app stores private key hashes in a file) to restore it.

Thank you again! I see the Wallet App that comes with the IPhone but it looks like it was never setup and shows how to add a credit card, a "scan code", and "Find apps for wallet". When you search Apps it only shows movies, a few businesses and travel. I guess you can scan or manually add the Bitcoin Phrase? If that is the "wallet" you are referring too, I think I'm back to finding the Pass Phrase or I have lost it all. Having the pervious Bread App transaction info is of no help?

I don't know of any phones that come with a bitcoin wallet app as standard, the wallet on the iPhone you are seeing is probably the Apple pay wallet.

You right it was the Apple Wallet that I thought I could find the Wallet.Dat file. If I have delete the Bitcoin App how can I find the Wallet.dat file? I only installed Bitcoin on my IPhone. Do I install Bitcoin App again? How do I setup or login without the 12 Word Phase?
