Ok that's what i'm afraid of thanks for your time though i appreciate it
Hi guys,
Jumping in here at nandibear's request. Wallet Support have already responded to the relevant email, however it may help others here with similar issues.
@mzsidi05 The address you provided earlier in the thread shows no transactions on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, only on the Bitcoin Legacy blockchain:
https://blockchair.com/search?q=16CKiCF ... rEetxRS4eR
This means that you did send the funds to a Bitcoin address, not a Bitcoin Cash address.
If you cannot see the funds in your wallet please do the following:
Go to Settings -> Your Wallet -> More Options -> Transaction History -> Clear cache
Go to Settings -> Your Wallet -> More Options -> Wallet Addresses -> Tap 'Unused Addresses' 20 times until you see the message "Empty addresses limit reached", then tap 'Scan addresses for funds'
The funds should now show up on your wallet homepage.
Just to double check, once you have done the above please go to Settings -> Your Wallet -> More Options -> Wallet Addresses -> View All Addresses
If the address 16CKiCF8riUXz2dVypd2NgiLrEetxRS4eR does appear in the list of addresses then it is an address in your wallet and the funds should be present. If it does not appear in the list of addresses then it is not an address in your wallet and the funds have been sent to an address in a different wallet.
