These are the sort of problems that arise when false bitcoin chains are created, ie bitcoin cash.
This is painful to watch. No intelligent support here? This is Bitcoin.com after all.

The same private Key will retrieve coins from either chain, either the real Bitcoin chain or any fake chain like bitcoin cash.

I advertised the 4btc comp on bitcointalk.
I tried to help Bitkilo keep the comp fair.

Unfortunately, that comp was ill conceived, bias, rules change many times.

I offered to reinvest "at least half" of any of my winnings into promoting this site.

That's not true at all.

What likely happened was one of the two following scenarios:

(a) you started drafting your comment several minutes before you posted it and mine was posted before you posted yours

or

(b) you read all the comments on the thread and then several minutes passed before you decided to make a comment and (unless your refreshed the paged before drafting your comment) you never would have saw my comment which by that time had been posted

It only means he sent real Bitcoins. Obviously, sending real Bitcoin goes to a Bitcoin address.

I got no beef with you GreyWyvern. I always considered you one of the most intelligent members here.

Why keep up with this 4btc thing? I always knew i was far too upfront to get any thing. I purposely make myself "unbuyable" so as to stay independant, can't you see that?

I try to be fair and honest always. Sometimes that hurts. Often that hurts someone. Usually wrongdoers. I am always direct.
Why would nandibear have a dig about me not getting anything in that pretend comp? See my post above, i was about the only member here that actively encouraged others to enter. Not like other winners who even stated they wanted to keep it quiet to benefit themselves.

I support Bitcoin, nothing else. I don't need anymore.

You received the negative reputation point from me of my own volition due to the fact that you were being abrasive, downright rude and your contribution to the thread was entirely unhelpful to the discussion at hand - all behaviour which you are absolutely free to engage in here - however due to the fact that the post did not contribute anything helpful to the discussion I disagreed with it, and so negatively rated it just as I have positively rated other posts of yours previously which were helpful.

I quite clearly explained the situation that the address the user provided earlier in the thread shows no transactions on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, only on the Bitcoin Legacy blockchain.

This does indeed mean that they sent the funds to a Bitcoin address, not a Bitcoin Cash address. To borrow a word from you, obviously the Bitcoin was sent to a Bitcoin address on the Bitcoin blockchain and not the Bitcoin Cash blockchain and that is what was being explained. Pretty much the exact thing you were saying above but explained in neutral terms; I'm not sure how you managed to confuse all of that but I'm happy that I've been able to set you straight on it.

You got to calm down a little mate, i thought you knew you could always talk with me if needed, i think i have always treated you fairly.
If you have a problem with one of our members or mods let me know, if i can see that they have over stepped the mark then i will take action.
Just remember that we aim to be a family friendly forum that welcomes all and not everyone like swearing.

You have made some good pints here in the past and some i have been able to help with and other i have not, you wanted altcoins gone from the homepage so they are gone, you pointed out a couple of spamming members and i banned them after looking into the situation.
You have been helpful here in the past and i would like it if you continue to do so.

The Bitcoin.com forum is not bitcointalk or reddit and neither do we want to be, if someone signs up to ask 1 question gets an answer then never comes back so what, we are only here to help where possible.

You say our support sucks and on the forum it's not 100% but most user contact us for support via the correct email addresses. Very rarely will anyone have to wait more than a few hours to get an answer from our mining support team weekends included, we will extend this same great support service to our wallet support very soon but already most people get an answer within 24 hours from that team.
