Thanks, I have done quite well from these no deposit offers in the past, a bit harder these days to make a cashout, because they quite often come with very high wagering requirements.

I also prefer Binance, make sure you enable 2 factor auth which ever one you choose. I had my local bitcoins wallet hacked a few years ago, luckily it was empty at the time

Never needed them, although I would use them if needed, many people can develop health problems or end up on medication that can effect down their working properly.
