Fortunately this forum has a great URL -- hopefully people new to Bitcoin find this place first. The censorship at r/bitcoin and (I assume) bitcointalk is embarrassing.

Reddit is a lost cause. Impossible to surplant r/bitcoin as the most obvious place to go to discuss Bitcoin.

Agree with the above. No need to replicate all of the subforums of bitcointalk just yet.

A very prominent new users/ask all your basic Bitcoin questions here forum would be a good idea IMO.
