Now I have on my Wallet App 'Could not update wallet: Network error' - wifi and 4g working fine FYI... this is worrying!

Well that seemed to have fixed itself but status is ZERO still - have checked on Blockchain and transaction went through ok but not showing up in my wallet on the App... still ...

Just give it some time. It takes awhile for it to show up in your wallet. I don't think it's lost. Thanks.

Thanks for the reassurance, it's my first purchase and read it takes 24hrs max to go through - it's now 4 days. Is this normal?

Hi - 4 days ago I purchased funds through the Bitcoin.com wallet app under 'Buy Bitcoin' - went through Simplex etc and made the purchase (checked all details and were correct) but still haven't received anything in to my wallet. I have contacted Simplex who will only give me the 'would love to help ...
