Not yet. Simplex simply closed the tickets without a reply. I'll have to raise a charge back tomorrow.

I bought bitcoin worth $300 + fees on Dec 14th 2017 at 12:50 PM IST. My credit card was charged immediately and i received an email an hour later to confirm if the order was executed successfully. However, there appears to be no transaction that simplex executed which i check on blockchain explorer ...
