Are you using the Bitcoin.com wallet?

If so follow the below steps and let me know how you go..

Open the app and click on the 'plus' symbol next to 'Bitcoin Core Wallets'

Then select import wallet.

Then enter the 12 word recovery phase the app gave you when you installed it.

The easiest way to do this would be to download a wallet client for Bitcoin that would allow you import your private key, via that wallet you should be able to import your private key and collect the BTC you sent.

Hi Frankcow,

The reason your transaction is taking so long is because of the backlog of transactions wanting to be confirmed on the blockchain, it's referred to as the 'mempool' it's currently very close to it's all time high which was back in May this year.
