Ok scratch that last comment. It is still saying cannot update transactions on my laptop running windows 10 and on my android phone (Pixel).

Now I am getting an error on import. It says "Could not import: Error querying the Blockchain". My key is right because it went through on my phone but my phone won't update transactions either.

I never really installed anything. I just extracted the zip file I got from bitcoin.com and opened the bitcoin.com application within the folder. I got my key to it when I created the wallet but after I deposited the bitcoins, it won't update the wallet transactions.

Yes I know this. My wallet won't update with that amount though. It says "Could not update transactions." and the wallet displays 0.00 bitcoins.

How do I fix this?

I did check the blockchain. I also deleted the wallet and redownloaded it today with no change. Still giving same error. Simplex did the transfer on August 12. Plenty of time for transaction to happen.
