Could you please post the BTC address that you directed Simplex to send your bitcoins to, or if you have already checked the txid.I bought about .021 bitcoins from Simplex and deposited them into the bitcoin.com wallet that I downloaded from the bitcoin.com site. Every time I open this wallet, it says "Could not update transaction history." and it does not have my bitcoins in the wallet. Simplex is also saying the transfer went threw. How do I fix this?

I did check the blockchain. I also deleted the wallet and redownloaded it today with no change. Still giving same error. Simplex did the transfer on August 12. Plenty of time for transaction to happen.
I believe Wallet support has just responded to you with the following:Yes I know this. My wallet won't update with that amount though. It says "Could not update transactions." and the wallet displays 0.00 bitcoins.
How do I fix this?
Let us know how you get on after trying the above please.Please ensure that you write down your wallet seed words, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the Wallet and restore from your seed words. Please let me know if you are still having issues updating your transaction history after doing this.
I think the assumption was that you had installed it on a mobile device - to clarify, which computer operating system are you using? To uninstall the wallet completely you will need to also remove the temp folders it creates on your computer.I never really installed anything. I just extracted the zip file I got from bitcoin.com and opened the bitcoin.com application within the folder. I got my key to it when I created the wallet but after I deposited the bitcoins, it won't update the wallet transactions.
I "uninstalled" the wallet by deleting the folder and redownloading the wallet. I did not have to resubmit my key to open the wallet though. How do I uninstall something I never installed in the first place?
