What’s the difference between the IoT security and antivirus

Well I think IoT security is more like security of all that gadgets that make your smart home connected to the internet, their correct work, shield from external attacks LOL like washinh machine, water boiler, microwave, refrigerator, dust grabber, while antivirus - just for PC/laptop.
