I've looked for a list of organisations, exchanges, companies that offer realtime transaction processing for crypto currencies. The USA seems to have restrictions on who can use merchant platform based in the USA.
Realtime means at checkout you pay in crypto, and the merchant platform (via api) is middleman in transaction, and merchant receives instant (2-15 seconds) confirmation of the payment. Payment to merchant is in fiat or crypto...
