Novice Question (Moved Funds)

I have a small amount of Bitcoin that I sent to a different account from my Bitcoin.com wallet. The funds show as moved (and a $15.65 USD - 18.75% fee applied), but the funds have yet to show up in the receiving account and and still show in my balance (minus the fee). This was done several days ago, please see images below.

What is happening here? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Possibly the transaction hasn't gone through yet. At least you should try to contact the support of this product.

I had a similar issue. For me this happens when the sender and the recipient addresses are the same. The bitcoin.com wallet app somehow let you do this

I do not know how to resolve this.
