Missing Coin - This transaction amount is too small compared

After sending some coin they were deducted from my wallet (Bitcoin.com). However, the receiving wallet didn't get them.

Under the fee it says

"This transaction amount is too small compared to the current Bitcoin network fees. Spending these funds will need a Bitcoin network fee cost comparable to the funds itself.

I sent the amount .004 BTC from wallet. The fee is .000944. The total deducted from my wallet is .004944. Why didn't the receiving wallet get it.

I sent BTC from my Coinbase wallet to the receiving wallet and it worked. I sent from my Bitcoin.com wallet to Coinbase and that worked fine.

Does anyone know what to do? Are these lost?

If anyone gets a answer I can really use it. My funds are in limbo
