BTC to BCC problems

Hi,

New guy here. I just opened my bitcoin.com wallet hoping to buy some BCC. I transferred some BTC into my bitcoin.com wallet, then I went to shapeshift and tried to transfer it into BCC. So I went through the process in shapeshift with the wallet addresses (I used both my wallets from bitcoin.com; BTC and BCC), so I hit go (or whatever it is), but shapeshift has been blinking “awaiting deposit” for almost two days now. And also, now my BCH wallet on bitcoin.com says “could not update wallet: error querying the blockchain”.

Anybody have any idea what the problem is?

Is there another way to buy BCC?
