Cannot see my BCC nor restore it

Sorry for bother, but I encountered some problems, and I've been trying to resolve it by myself the whole afternoon, yet little has been done.

Here is the condition:

1.I bought Bitcoin Cash (BCC) from an exchange and had it send to my Bitcoin.com Wallet address, but I did't notice that the address is the Bitcoin one. So I received nothing. (Let's call the wallet W1)

2.After noticing that, I created a sub-BCC-wallet through Copy From Wallet function by turning on Bitcoin Cash button. (let's call this wallet W1.1), trying to combine the two wallets. Yet I see no BCC in W1.1.

3.By searching the Internet, I deleted the W1.1, and tried to create a new one. Then from here the problem emerged: 1) I cannot create a sub-BCC-wallet anymore, everytime I tried it says:" Error creating wallet. COPAYER_REGISTERED. Copayer ID already registered on server." 2) if I don't turn on the Bitcoin Cash button in Create Personal Wallet page, I get "No Wallets Available" from "Copy From Wallet. 3) I tried "Unused Addresses" and "Scan Addresses For Funds" option, and I get "Could Not Update Transaction History." Still no balance in sight.

Now I really don't know what do. I cannot combine wallets anymore, nor can I scan adresses. It seems like a dead end. Is there anyone could help me out? Thank you a lot!
