Any Advice for a Cloud Mining Newbie?

I got into cloud mining recently. I came across so many sites, all advertising different prices and contract lengths. Genesis and Hashing24 seem like they are the biggest fish in the sea and not to my surprise sold out of BTC mining contracts, any idea when they will be back??

I ended up signing up with CCG Mining (https://ccgmining.com/aff.php?aff=121), anyone here familiar with them?

I have really enjoyed my experience so far, prices seem on par with most of the other sites I have seen. Their maintance fee is a bit lower than others, is that a red flag? Should I be worried? This community seems to be wrought with cloud mining scams. What are some red flags that I should look out for while mining with CCG?

Interestingly enough they also sell/rent rigs? Anyone have experience with that? Seems like if you live some where with cheap electricity Shocked then it's worth it?
