No, they do not.

There is no "this country, versus that country". We are all Bitcoin.

Some individuals moved faster to build businesses.

Some have access to cheap electricity, this isn't just in China, for example, John McAffee has a mining operation in Washington state that is profitable.

The reality is, if you are motivated and have the cash to create, you will pick the most logical place to do it from according to your business plan.

bitcoin is globalization and no one can control it, yeah we know, the big miner in china.

China has a clear majority, however I see that changing in the near future. Once big money starts diving in headfirst in the US, that could change here.

Countries like India have also seen exponential crypto growth this year as well.

They don't control it.

They have a huge effect on the prices though.
