I don't think there are Faucets for CoinPot Tokens yet.
You receive CoinPot Tokens for every claim you make or every claim refferals are doing for you. You can also mine them.

Most faucet hub faucets are no worth it. They are poorly put together and hog your processor. I have found some good ones. Check out the ones on this site.

They are advertising a provably fair method to make lotteries, so I guess it's legit, but I don't know exactly how it works so I can't say 100% it is fair.
