NEWS: WELL Attends North American Bitcoin Conference in Miami

WELL founders Ildar Fazulyanov and Alex Prokhorov were at the North American Bitcoin Conference in Miami last week meeting with potential partners and those interested in project. The event (part of the World Blockchain Forum: Investments & ICOs) was attended by approximately 4,000 people.

Main conference highlights for WELL:
- Meeting with cool people: Tai Lopez, celebrity investor and advisor to over 20 multi-million dollar businesses, whose podcast gets approximately 800,000 downloads a month; Slava Baikalov of Qurrex, the first hybrid crypto exchange; and Bitcoin evangelist Chris DeRose.
- Future of ICOs is with companies that have real products (such as WELL) powered by blockchain, as opposed to tokenized ideas projected onto blockchain. WELL was a standout among contributors eager to enter the healthcare arena with companies that already have a working product in place.
- Ildar and Alex were able to speak with several healthcare clinics, doctors, and contributors who have already expressed interested in partnering with WELL

These weeks turned out very intense and productive for WELL: we've been traveling along Asia - Hong Kong and Singapore - made new contacts, presented our ideas, discovered new prospects and opportunities for WELL.

Here is a short resume of all our activities for you

WELL founder Ildar Fazulyanov visited Healthtech O2O. Healthtech O2O is the platform connecting those transforming the health, medical and wellness world through cutting edge technology.

During the dynamic event Ildar made a presentation of the WELL platform, where he described the concept of the project.
WELL was met with great enthusiasm, as telehealth is developing very rapidly in Hong Kong.
It was an honor indeed to meet Dr. Chui under secretary of Health for HK (center) and Sam Lee CEO of CoinStreet Partners.
Dr. Chui on HK focuses on the usage of genomic data and trials. Very relevant to WELL!


WELL team was present at Blockchain Economic Forum in Singapore.

The Forum gathered 1100+ blockchain leaders including 350+ entrepreneurs, 250+ investors, a couple dozens of visioners and one president.
Ildar together with Alex visited this venue establishing valuable business contacts.

The WELL team is currently on their business trip in Asia meeting with potential partners, but Alex and Ildar took a quick detour and stopped by the Olympic Village in Pyeongchang

And we are very willing to share our exciting emotions with you! WELL co-founders had a chance to meet Olympic legends - 4 of the actually as well as many athletes who are competing this year.

Of course, WELL team didn't forget to do business. Back in Seoul Ildar and Alex had negotiations with crypto exchange Coinbox; Medivision Global Corporation, which has several clinics in Seoul and one in China; as well as with one of the biggest cryptocurrency exchanges in Korea. These meetings proved to be very successful.

WELL extends the Pre-Sale period and pushes back the ICO

We see a huge demand from our supporters for make Whitelist period longer - and we're doing that. In that way pre-Sale will now go until April 14th, and the ICO period will run from April 15-May 15

WELL's new bonus schedule

Following the changes of ICO dates WELL has also developed a new bonus schedule, allowing more time for contributors to receive the maximum bonus of 40%. That 40% bonus will now be available until March 15th, with a 30% bonus given from March 16th to April 15th. When the crowdsale begins on April 16th, there will be a one-day bonus of 25%, which will decrease each week, ending with a 0% bonus during the last week of the crowdsale.

Robert Zimmerman Joins WELL Advisory Board



WELL is pleased to welcome Robert Zimmerman to its advisory board.

Zimmerman is a healthcare cyber security executive, whose expertise lies in finding different approaches to develop, maintain, and audit information security. He is a co-founder of QI Express, which provides practical, cost-effective, and comprehensive security solutions for the healthcare industry, and is the home of the cloud-based security and privacy management solution HIPAA HITECH Express, which helps healthcare organizations achieve ongoing HIPAA compliance. In addition, he is the Executive Director of the Health Technology Access Foundation, which provides education, solutions, and certifications to organizations that may not otherwise have the necessary resources.

Zimmerman is co-founder of the Maryland Health Tech Coalition - a collaboration of over 600 healthcare organizations and individuals, and was at Deloitte & Touche for twenty years, where he served as partner.

That's how Zimmerman joins WELL’s growing advisory board along with Brian Hansen, SVP Emerging Businesses at Ancestry.com; healthcare legal advisor Harry Nelson; and blockchain engineer Tomoaki Sato.

WELL Continues its Asian and Goes to Tokyo

WELL founder Ildar Fazulyanov and his co-founder Alex Prokhorov have been traveling through Asia, speaking with potential partners, advisors, and health practitioners about the benefits of WELL.

Starbase founder, Tomoaki Sato, joins WELL advisory board.
Sato is an early adopter of blockchain technology and a proponent of decentralization. In 2016, he founded Starbase, a crowdfunding platform that helps startups utilizing blockchain find funders.

Potential partnerships
Ildar met with Hiroki Ashida, PhD, of Eight Roads Japan, part of a global ventures network that seeks to support and champion new businesses. He also met with Daniel Saito of Red Robot, a boutique agency that specializes in working with startups and addresses both technology and creative interests alike on a global scale.

Meetings with Members of Cryptocurrency Exchanges.
Ildar had successful meetings with Seiji Yuki, managing director of the Japan Cryptocurrency Business Association, which promotes the healthy development of the virtual currency industry.
He also had the opportunity to attend a Meetup with Lane Rettig of the Ethereum Foundation.

The Olympics 2018 are almost over.

WELL team couldn't miss a chance to drop into Korea to see the Games with their own eyes.
The founders Ildar and Alex had the opportunity to tell a bit about themselves and the WELL platform to outstanding Olympic medalists of the past Games.
They were sitting right next to Vladimir Krylov, a member of Russian relay team that won a gold medal in 1988; Murat Kardanov, a #1 in wrestling at the 2000 Sydney Games; biathlete Svetlana Ishmouratova, who won gold at the 2006 games in Turin; and Vera Krasnova, a silver medal winning speed skater.

AdBank co-founder Angelo Dodaro is joining WELL’s advisory board, bringing with him ten years of experience in digital marketing, as well as his expertise in blockchain entrepreneurship and cryptocurrency investment.

AdBank, a blockchain based ad platform, eliminates the middleman and creates a new ecosystem for digital advertising. Prior to founding AdBank, Dodaro was a director at Top Dog Social Media, and worked in digital strategy and creative production at Multivitamin Media, which he also co-founded.

WELL Creates the Smart-Contract for Upcoming ICO

With all the attention ICOs get these days, the security of contributors and their assets should be #1 priority.

WELL, being a customer-oriented project, has a very serious attitude towards the tokensale process and puts a lot of effort towards ensuring that it runs safely and smoothly.

Before the official start of the Public Crowdsale the WELL developers have created a smart-contract for the ICO.

The next step will be a 3rd party audit. An independent expert company will perform a deep analysis of the developed smart-contract, assess its qualities and report bugs and vulnerabilities if there are any. After being audited, the contract will be available for viewing on the official Github repository.

WELL wants to show that the project and its activities are completely transparent and open. Moreover, the team is very serious regarding security measures and thus implements the best practices to reassure the community and potential contributors of WELL’s reliability.

WELL smart contract to be audited by Solidified

The WELL team has created a smart contract for the upcoming Tokensale and now it is going to be reviewed by an independent expert company.

The audit is to be performed by Solidified — a company proven to be a reputable trust source of smart contracts. Their experts will carry out a deep analysis of the contract that includes verification of correctness, compliance, security, a comprehensive checklist of known pitfalls and attack vectors, Solidity design patterns and best practices. Then the auditors will provide the detailed report with the technical score given, and all major and minor bugs described.

Once the audit process is finished, WELL smart-contract will be stored on Github, where everyone can review it on his own.

WELL company has announced that they will partner with Rehab Guru

The two companies, both involved in the healthtech industry, will team up to help further their goals of bringing healthcare and telemedicine services to people all around the world.

The Mission of Rehab Guru is to enhance health and well-being by improving the delivery and knowledge of exercise prescription to health and exercise professionals with their evolving and multifaceted approach. Rehab Guru is a comprehensive multi-platform tool aiding therapists, coaches, and athletes, as well as health and medical professionals in prescribing exercises for their clients.

WELL and Rehab Guru will partner as industry experts in their field to help each other expand telemedicine services and make it easy for people to get qualified access to medical services via smartphones from any place at any time.

On the ground and in the sky: WELL aims to gain height with Aeron

As a global telemedicine platform, WELL is reaching for borderless healthcare; when they met with Aeron, blockchain for aviation safety project, the team of WELL had been searching for a way to extend their impact to the most hard-to-reach areas. One of them (you bet!) is the sky — Aeron’s homeland. With the help of aviation experts affiliated with Aeron and clinicians partnered with WELL, we will make the best efforts to assist with safe and healthy flights.

While the use of telemedicine in-flight is still limited by slow or unavailable internet connectivity (or limited bandwidth) in the air, on the ground is another story. Passengers and aviation crews will be able to check their health condition or ask for better ways of preventing travel sickness before the flight, through consultations with WELL doctors.

Akin Sawyerr Joins WELL Advisory Board


Sawyerr is the Chairman of Feleman Limited, an investments and consulting firm focused on deploying financial technology and blockchain solutions to catalyze growth.
He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Splash Mobile Money, Sierra Leone’s first mobile payment platform, where he supports the development and execution of company wide strategy, and develops and manages key partner relationships. A graduate of Union College and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, he spent many years in strategic roles at organizations such as The International Monetary Fund, Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture, and Fannie Mae.
Sawyerr joins WELL’s advisory board with a focus on helping the company develop both its charitable giving arm and its affordable telehealth program in Africa.
