Hi Bitcoin.com team!
I moved 18 of my miners to the BCC pool last night, and I noticed instability in the hash rate, and surprisingly low share difficulty, and a high number of stales. I am not see the same thing on the BTC pool. If I point the miners to VIABTC's BCC pool I don't run into the same issue. Any guesses?
Sorry about that. We just fixed the stale shares issue. Please try to mine on our BCC server again.I've seen the same thing. Switched them to kano's (BTC) pool, and then to ViaBTC's BCC pool, and they are working fine..
We store BTC and BCC balances separately for every account.I would prefer to thread softly. Now I have multiple contracts in a single BTC subaccount. I would like to switch them over to BCH one contract at a time. Will I have issues with account reconciliations?
By which I mean, for instance, since each subaccount stores a single currency, will the BCC rewards be converted to the BTC equivalent and stored in the user's bank (BTC account balance) or will the account come to have dual currency and store them as separate balances??
Hello bdashin,whats happen?
i am not withdraw my balance but yesterday withdraw my balance manually other btc address not my btc address i am not understand what is this????????my account safe not hacked so please check any problem.

I just fixed this. Thanks for reporting the bug.The profit dashboard for BCH is still linked to the price of BTC.. can the devs @ pool.bitcoin.com change that?
0.0230 BCH isn't worth 92 USD.
Working fine here, too.I've seen the same thing. Switched them to kano's (BTC) pool, and then to ViaBTC's BCC pool, and they are working fine..
Sorry, I just realized there is a bug where users don't get paid BCC if they have some contracts on BCC and BTC.Been mining BCC for the weekend, but I see nothing but fees charged and no profit. According to difficulty and your calculator I should be making more than BTC mining BCC. If I leave my contracts on BCC now, is there a risk the system close my contracts for them being unprofitable?
I'm sure you can in the pool.bitcoin.com interface once logged in. Would depend on if they have hashrate available though, which it appears they are out of stock right now.if you purchase a contract can you upgrade the contract to more th at any time?

I will fix this bug tomorrow and make sure everyone affected by the bug gets paid.
