Transaction disappeared

Hi, I'm new to here so please instruct me where to go if I'm in a wrong place.

I recently made a transaction from GateHub to my bitcoin wallet, but the transaction disappeared.
I made a request to send about 2 days ago and it was unconfirmed for a while, but when I tried to check the status today with BlockCypher it returned me there's no transaction ID.
Please help me what I can do.

If the transaction has dropped off the network then it is most likely it didn't have a high enough fee to be confirmed.
The bitcoins should be back in the address they were sent from

Oh... I was assuming a transaction just stays on then network until it's confirmed. Good to know it can get dropped.
So I guess I'll just contact GateHub support and wait until it comes back again...
