About verifying transactions on blockchain

Sat Mar 18, 2017 10:09 pm

I have been with a bitcoin investment company that has a good reputation for a couple of months
Yesterday I tried to deposit and -well I screenshot every step with time stamp. The money (btc) was credited correctly
to their address but I got email asking for my entire balance to be deposited or it would withhold payments from reaching
my account. It also said after timing out it would give me a chance to collect the refund. The next day (today 18 march 2017)
I for email to collect refund which I did and it prompted me for a bitcoin address where to send the money. I did this as well
and clicked go. Nothing happened so I clicked go again and got a message "you can only c;laim a refund once." I did not get a refund. Since then the company and my new upline are not answering

If there a way to verify on blockchain whether a transaction took place?

Someone must be technically adept with bitcoin who can tell me if it is possible to prove a transaction did not take place on the blockchain? Does anyone know anything about this trick? I have screenshotted the whole thing with timestamps and have proof the payment went to him(that company) . I also got a strange message on,my blockchain bitcoin account before i transferred the money

I hope someone can help me

Simple answer to your question is that if the transaction is on the blockchain it took place.
Checking if a transaction took place is easy too if you know what address the coins were being sent from or to, just go to a site like blockchain.info and enter the address into the search bar and it will show you all the transactions that address has made.
