BCH Wallet empty

I purchased BCH directly through bitcoin app but my BCH wallet is still empty. I tried different thing suggested by the support team ( clicking on "scan addresses for fund" " clear cache") . I can on;y see the transaction when I click "purchase history"

Please confirm that your order has been fulfilled. Bitcoin.com has partnerships with Moonpay, Simplex and CEX which sell bitcoins at buy.bitcoin.com and purchase.bitcoin.com (and though the Bitcoin.com wallet app).

Have you received an email from one of the referenced companies indicating that they've fulfilled the order and sent bitcoins to your address?

Yes, it was Moonpay they confirmed that the BCH were sent I contacted wallet@bitcoin.com but they were not able to help
