Dude if someone know's with certainty where the price was heading, what would that person do? Leverage to the hilt and invest quietly? Or spread that information on a public forum so that others can benefit?

The truth is no one knows. You have all these Bitcoin guru's predicting prices and making a fool of themselves. Tom Lee is the best example of this, go read up about him. He works in finance, gets paid to predict prices and even then messes up big time.
