Hi,
My name is Jamie Redman I'm a staff writer at Bitcoin.com and artist at Crypto-Graphics.com. I've been posting my articles here every day, and I thought I would introduce myself to the forum community.



I've been passionately exploring the benefits of Bitcoin since discovering it in 2011. Since then I've grown to love its attributes and the many ways it can disrupt the nation states and central banking system. This is the fundamental reason why I am involved with bolstering decentralized technology, peer-to-peer applications, and open source standards.



Since then I started my graphic and meme shop and have gotten a lot of work from my pictures. I have done logos, banners, contest graphics, activists pamphlets, roadmaps, graphs & charts, for many people and businesses within this industry. Other than custom freelance jobs for companies my work is under Creative Commons and 100% free to share, modify, or do whatever you please with.



I'm also a staff writer at Bitcoin.com and have worked for nearly every cryptocurrency publication minus a few. It's nice to meet everyone, and it's looks like there's a healthy community here thriving. It is nice to see as many other social media platforms have been riddled with trolls. someone like you can give the media (bloomberg, nbc etc) a better way at looking at bitcoin. in the early days of bitcoin they ALWAYS showed the physical casascius 2013 coins on TV when they talked about bitcoin. i guess that was / still ist pretty confusing for alot of people.

My favorite misunderstanding that someone had about bitcoin due to the media, was the time they asked me "are bitcoins originally underground, at least theoretically?". I guess Bitcoin mining is pretty hard to understand at first.

Thank for the introduction. I have never used a chat forum previous to this experience, but my interest in Bitcoin has overwhelmed my fear of forums.

I've been following Bitcoin since 2013 (yes, a little later than many of you) and I find that I still have lots to learn. I LOVE this stuff, however, and will be spending the next several years I'm sure digging even deeper.

I have begun a blog that focuses on the Presidency of Donald Trump - now, you might ask what does that have to do with Bitcoin? I think over the next 4 years, a whole lot. www.thedaysoftrump.com I want to help promote the acceptance of Bitcoin as a world reserve currency, and I really think a Trump administration is going to aid in that cause.
