BCH stuck in blockchain

Hello All ! Will try to explain whats happened
I send few BCH from my coinbase wallet to ledger wallet but transaction stuck in blockchain
wallet address was 100% correct , been sending BCH to that address previously and tried to send small amount after this issue BCH reached my Ledger wallet instantly !
i contacted coinbase , they said they cant help coz BCH already left their platform !
tried to contact Ledger customer support many times but they not responding !
Does anyone know whats and why this happened will i be able to get my coin back or they are lost in cyberspace )

September 24, 2018 7:40AM UTC[Identified] Our BCH full nodes are partially out of synchronisation. We’re catching up, but the process is extremely slow.
All the new transactions will be visible in your account. Please be reassured, your BCH are safe.
In the meantime, you can use Electron Cash (electroncash.org) to manage your BCH.

Please keep in mind that as long as you have you have your mnemonic (or seed words) you'll be able to restore your wallet (you can also restore it elsewhere, although that would defeat the purpose of using a hardware wallet. Also you could you a mnemonic code converter to get the private keys).

my apologies but i didn't get even half of what you said ) Them BCH will appear in my wallet later and everything is fine or i have to set up my ledger wallet from new again with my 24 security words and then it will happen ?

The best course of action is probably to keep in contact with support at Ledger. They might be busy so please give them some time to reply to your emails.

Please also let us know (here in this thread) how things go and how the issue is resolved. By sharing you'll be helping others who might be looking for answers to the same, or very similar, issue that you're having.

problem solved , i contacted Ledger in Live chat and i had to delete BCH wallet from my ledger live and then install again , ! That worked and BCH is in my wallet now ! also dod use email support i didn't get even singe email back from them , use live chat
