Hello. Non verified Payeer MasterCard have a limits. You can use it like gift cards too. maximum amount without verificiation is 2500$ (1500$ in ATM or 2500$ in POS). Users can verify card by editing profile of card account and upload some verification images.

It's the worst service ever ! I registered because I thought that their service will be faster and cheaper than the bank but at the end, my account took forever for verification, I send my ID, my social security number as proof of address. It never works, they keep telling me that they don't accept edited photo although I never edited my picture. It's a compete waste of time ! run away from them, they are unrespectful and don't care about the customers.
