BCH Sent Showing “pending” for the receiver

Hi- I sent a BCH transaction which shows it has been confirmed and received. When talking to the receiver, he states the transaction is still pending. Does anyone know who I can contact to resolve this?

You should be able to just search this transaction using our block explorer to see how many confirmations it has: https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch
If the transaction is showing as confirmed on the blockchain, and the receiver is using the Bitcoin.com wallet, please ask them to email our support team: wallet@bitcoin.com

If he is using a different wallet, then he should contact the support team of his wallet provider.
