We are a group and we have been in market for a few years and now we would like to establish a company for exchanging cryptocurrencies and cloud mining and all these would be done in a number of steps.

We have registered a company in Germany for CRYPTO currency Exchange platform . As the next step we would like to register the company in Canada for cloud mining. Our personal Capital is one million Dollars however for completing the project in Germany we will need 5 to 10 million Euros so we can start the job in Germany and European Union
. As market of Germany is the hottest and most active one in Europe and we currently do not have any competitor, It will be the best country for the main management affairs of the company.

At first we wanted to get a loan but we have come to the conclusion that it is best to raise the main capital via private ICO

All the money will be held in the company account in Germany until we can do the steps one by one transparently and withdraw with the tax authorities consent for things like buying trading platform software which is done with authorities consent and then contract is done and all the investors are informed. These steps will be continued until the very last one until all activities needed for the company are fulfilled. We have chosen Germany as transparency in Germany is high and investors will invest there with peace of mind and they will know if the company does not perform what it needs to the money will be refunded.

Now we are looking for investors for private sales of tokens please advise us on where to start. Every group and person who wish can cooperate with us and we are ready to meet them in Germany

7- Renting a place for initial setup of cloud mining
8- Launching the cloud mining company in Canada
9- Programming digital currency wallets in order to convert them to USD for shops and individuals
10- Planning for building of private mining devices and employment of software engineers both in China
11- Development of cloud mining

There are our goals, now we need 5 to 10 million Euros to begin our work. All money will be held in Euro in company accounts in Germany and all gathered currencies will remain in company accounts and will be checked by tax office in order to let investors remain sure.
