I Bought BTC trough Simplex, you sent BCH instead of BTC! I can't receive BCH on my BTC address

I have bough BTC worth of 82EUR from you and you made a mistake. You have sent BCH instead of BTC! Please correct this problem!

A BCH address looks totally different from a BTC address, how could you make this error?
