Newbie-Receiving 200 BTC in sale of goods-Need Step by Step and what Redflags to watch for

Sun Jan 14, 2018 2:40 pm

Hello I am a Newbie, I am doing a deal where I am exchanging goods for approximate 200 BTC. What are the step by steps I need to follow or know to be safe? What red flags do I need be on alert for?

What is best wallets to use?
What information should I only provide?
I would be looking to cash out most of the bitcoin immediately, so what would the best way to sell this?
Are there fees in me initially receiving the BTC?
What are the fees in me selling the BTC?
For the BTC I may keep, what is best way to store them?

Thanks in advance for any help received in advance

regarding his post, how could it be solved without private? can you see he is also need help to sell his coin?
(1) The OP hasn't asked any questions which require a private message. For example, they ask, "What is best wallets to use?"

Does that seem like a question that needs a private reply?

(2) Anyone can answer their questions (including you, just post a reply)

(3) Why are you spamming the forum? You other posts regarding investments are exceeding deceptive. If you keep making such posts you will likely be banned and all posts deleted.

(1) You might try using a Bitcoin.com wallet. You may download a wallet here: https://wallet.bitcoin.com/

(2) To send a BTC transaction all that you need to do it send to the other party's public address (BTC)

(3) To receive a BTC transaction all that you need to do it provide the other party with your public address (BTC)

(4) For some business related transactions you might want to use an invoice from a company such as https://bitpay.com/docs/create-invoice or you could use an escrow service.

(5) If you yourself want to cash out Bitcoin you could do so by creating an exchange account at Coinbase.com , Gemini.com , Kraken.com or other bitcoin exchanges. Moreover, if you use the invoice from Bitpay (see above #4) I believe that you can opt for Bitpay to keep the BTC and pay you in dollars to your bank account.

(6) You can use https://bitcoinfees.earn.com to calculate the recommended network transaction fee at any given time.

(7) The fees for selling BTC are up to the exchange site which you are using.

(8) Totally up to you how you store your BTC. Again, might try using a Bitcoin.com wallet. You may download a wallet here: https://wallet.bitcoin.com/ You could also create a paper wallet or use a hardware wallet.
