I understand when the BTC rate changes, it makes sense to cancel the transaction as a way to protect the consumer (and of course works the other way too), but why does it take 8-9 hours to complete the transaction?
I constantly have my purchases cancelled because of a BTC rate change (again, always 8-9 hours later) and then it ties up that amount of money on my CC as a pending charge for days before it falls off and I have to try to re-buy over and over and over. The issue is not the changing BTC rate, it's the length of time it take to process - of course the rate is likely to change fairly significantly over an 8-9 hour period.
Is this common trying to buy from Bitcoin.com or just a new issue over the past week or two? I have had my purchases cancelled far more often than not. Very frustrating.
