Very Terrible Experience when using the EXMO

I want to share a very Terrible Experience when using the EXMO here, I request a BTC withdrawal on 21/12/2017, it display status with "paid" while actually they didn't posted the transaction on the network.

Today is 23/12/2017, there are still not any update after I generate this this BTC withdrawal 2 days ago. I'm very worry that I will lost this BTC and even don't know where is this BTC.

I have contacted the support via chat and email, still no any response. There is not any explaintions from EXMO.

I'm talking about this site https://exmo.com/, The EXMO support is also very Terrible attitude and Bad, I submited a email ticket but they will never reply your email. When you contact them on the chat, you will see 99 queue before in most time. If you are lucky to wait for a long time and have the opportunity to talk with the support, They will reply you with "I don't know if this BTC have sent or not", and then leave the chat without message.

The truth is it didn't submit the transaction on the network, while display status "paid" on their system. This is totally a fruad and cheat behavior.

I have the same bad experience with EXMO. 29 Dec ordered withdrawals in BCH, but after 1 day it still "on check". Now I can see a lot of complains on same issue. I think EXMO is a scam.
Support is unavailable.
