I bought my bitcoins but they never arrived

Several days ago I saw the Rubin Report video with Peter Ver and I came to his site, downloaded a wallet and bought $500 bitcoin cash. I bought it thgouth Simplex.

But the cash never came into my wallet.

I keep emailing Simplex and they say the case has been resolved but it never came into my wallet.

Sorry for the trouble you're having.

It's not possible to purchase BCH (i.e., Bitcoin Cash) at buy.bitcoin.com (a service provided by our partner Simplex).

What it sounds like you've done is you've provided your BCH address when you were buying BTC (i.e., Bitcoin).

If that's what you've done please follow the instructions here to recover your Bitcoin:

"Turn on Bitcoin Core (BTC)" just means that you must select BTC as the coin
If you follow all instructions correctly you will be able to recover your BTC
