How do you gift bitcoin to people that don't have a wallet?

I was thinking of getting my family each a bit of bitcoin for a gift but none of them have wallets or any knowledge of it. Is there a way to set something up in each of their names and give it to them as a present?

That being said, the most secure way to generate a paper wallet is by running bitadress on a machine that has never been connected to the internet.
