Coinbase is somewhat like a bank. You have an account with them and they display your balance.

For example, none of the bitcoin address associated with your transaction ever had a Bitcoin Cash balance:

Sorry about that.

What I'm trying to say it at Coinbase (I use Coinbase too for buying and selling bitcoin.. but never to store bitcoin) we don't have are own wallet. We have a bunch of bitcoin address which are associated with our Coinbase account.

At the time of the hard fork a couple of months ago (at which time Bitcoin Cash became a real thing) all BTC address on the blockchain which had a balance then also had a duplicate balance of Bitcoin Cash.

The issue with Coinbase (for those of us who use their service) is that we only have an account and don't have access to bitcoin addresses (and private keys) which had a balance at the specific time that Bitcoin Cash was created.

That being said I don't think it's possible send Bitcoin Cash out of Coinbase.

You may consult with other moderators here and if I've incorrectly stated anything in the foregoing please accept my apology.

It appears that you are asking about two or three different things.

Are you also indicating that your Bitcoin.com wallet is not showing your bitcoin (not Bitcoin Cash) balance?

Ok I think that I may be starting to understand the situation.

You've been referring to your bitcoin at Coinbase as bitcoin or BTC.

And you've been referring to the bitcoin which you are looking for in your Bitcoin.com wallet as BCC. You also did so yesterday in a thread your started in which another moderator replied to.

BCC (along with BCH) is one the abbreviations used for Bitcoin Cash.

My question now is are you talking about Bitcoin Cash? Or are you, for some reason, referring to bitcoin itself in your Bitcoin.com wallet as BCC?


BTC = Bitcoin

BCC (or BCH) = Bitcoin Cash

I think that we may be able get the issue resolved.

First please remember the following:

BTC = Bitcoin.

BCC (or BCH elsewhere) = Bitcoin Cash.

If you mix-up the abbreviations (not just here at the forum but anywhere online or offline) there's going to be some confusion.
