I want to clarify if it is possible to transfer from BCH to BTC wallet.

I transfer money from my BCH wallet to my friend BTC wallet, which transaction status as done where its deducted from my wallet but since yesterday.

Although it is possible to send BCH to a BTC legacy address and vise-versa, you should never do this.
If you have already sent BCH to a BTC address, please ask your friend to contact the support team for the wallet he is using regarding recovery instructions.

Bitcoin Core and Bitcoin Cash are two entirely separate cryptocurrencies and they operate on two entirely separate blockchains. This means that Bitcoin Cash (BCH) sent to an address on the Bitcoin Core (BTC) blockchain will never appear nor be present on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain.
