Example: When you send 0.0025 eth, you will receive 2 tickets. The website needs ~2mins to process the input and create the tickets. You can buy unlimited number of tickets for every draws. The draws will take place every Sunday at 12:00 (GMT+1), provided that there are at least 30 Players. When the number of players is too small, the draw will be postponed until next week. You can check the draw scheme here: example. Every unique Ethereum address represents a player. Every player is able to win only one prize per draw. After a successful draw the prize will be sent after 1 day, because the transaction handling is temporarily manual.

Its very important! When you want play with custom numbers, after the submit you need to send an Ethereum Transaction with extra data. If you use MyEtherWallet, you need send 'Advanced / Offline Transaction' because you can add extra data to the transaction with the 'VI. Data' form. If you use Geth console, you should use this command syntax:
