Reverted Wiki theme to stock theme.

Hi guys,
Earlier today, I reverted the design of the wiki to the stock MediaWiki 'Vector' template. It's basic, simple and has very few bells'n'whistles in regards to design, but we are going to attempt to address this within a near future - but the focus for now is CONTENT.
With the rollback to the Vector template, the VisualEditor extension to MediaWiki came to life in a more direct way. This is now the default editor for the Wiki, but you can still use "Edit source" to get back to the Markup language if you prefer that.
