The website says it cooperates with the main pools, and also listed the ViaBTC logo at the bottom of the page. So how does this compare with ViaBTC's own transaction accelerator? (https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/)

Try submitting to https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ at the very start of the hour (e.g. at 15:00 exactly, or 16:00 exactly). This is when you will have the best chance of accelerating your transaction.
