Found this one in the forum of BTC and its simple and easy to use

Advantage
- no need to go to different websites (xapo faucets websites)
- you will only encounter 1 or 2 pop up ads on the first website and the rest of the website inside the rotator will have no pop up ads anymore
- it have 73 Xapo Faucets website in it
- pay directly to your xapo account

Disadvantage:
- you will encounter 1 or 2 pop up ads on the first website of the rotator
- the admin replied my email after 12 hours (want to add my xapo faucet to the rotator)
- sometimes blank page if you will click prev button after visiting the website.

So far, thats all i can say about the rotator that I found.
