Any way to avoid the ridiculous fees when buying bitcoin?

Download coinbase Pro and you and you can buy bitcoin with fees of 0.5%. Since you have coinbase you can download coinbase pro and login with your same login since its the same company. You can then transfer your coinbase balance to Pro instantly for free and buy bitcoin with 0.5% fees.
