Immediately after my transaction finished I was informed that as a US citizen I could not use any real money. Very stupid imo.
Regardless, I tried to email support from the site and ask if they could send my BTC back. Yes I know it is a very small transaction, but despite the amount, the simple fact is I didn't get to play even one cent of it they kept it all and didnt return any of it.
I'm sure nobody else would want this to happen to them with any amount, would they?
