Now there is a dice site, which runs purely on blockchain (rolls are choosed by chain). You need to have free account on http://steemit.com, deposit some coins from exchange and then login to: http://steemdice.net/
for security reasons the site is hosted on github, so whole code can be checked also it doesnt store you private keys.
i have tried it many times - no its not made by me, but by a famous witness from STEEM.
