Q: How does the btclayers game work?
A: Players join for free, they deposit BTC and fill layers with it.
Q: How quickly will my BTC deposit be added to my account balance?
A: We add your deposit instantly on 0 confirmations, so this means you can start playing instantly! However we will wait for any deposits you make to have 6 confimations before processing your withdrawals.
Q: What is a layer?
A: A layer is a part of the core function of the game. Each layer has a value in BTC and each player has the chance to deposit BTC and fill some or all of the current layer with it.
Q: Why does a layer have a BTC value?
A: Whatever the current layer is, equals the potential value of that layer.
(Layer X = potential value of X BTC)
Once players have added enough BTC so that the total value equals the potential value, the layer is complete. The BTC from that layer is then distributed as rewards to players.
A new layer is then started and the potential value of this new layer is the value of the previous layer + 1.
Q: How are the rewards from a completed layer distributed?
A: We use a mathematical formula to ensure a fair distribution to all players. A players reward is calculated as such...

A: In our equation the 'layers value' is same as the number of the current layer
eg:
layer 1 = 1 BTC
layer 2 = 2 BTC
layer 3 = 3 BTC etc.... Q: What is the 'sum total of layers'?
A: In our equation the 'sum total of layers' is the values of each layer added together
eg:
layer 1 | sum total 1 (1)
layer 2 | sum total 3 (1 + 2)
layer 3 | sum total 6 (1 + 2 + 3) etc....
Q: How is a 'player's level' decided?
A: In our equation the 'players level' is the total amount of BTC they have added to all layers, plus the total amount of any BTC they have reinvested into all layers.
Q: How does 'reinvestment' effect the game?
A: On each players dashboard they are shown how much their next layer reward will be. Each player has the choice of how much they would like to reinvest/withdraw from that reward. Three main strategies exist.
ORIGINAL LONG TERM STRATEGY
withdraw 50% and reinvest 50% from each layer reward - if you use this strategy then your reward from each layer will be the same each time a layer is completed.
FASTEST PROFIT SHORT TERM STRATEGY
withdraw 100% from each layer reward - if you use this strategy then you will reach a profit in the quickest time but each successive reward will be smaller than the last.
BIGGEST PROFIT LONG TERM STRATEGY
reinvest 100% from each layer reward - if you use this strategy then each reward from a layer will grow in size. Using this strategy you will end up with a huge layer reward after multiple reinvestments.
