Transfer to CEX.IO 4,000.00 USD and never arrived!!! Gone?

Transfer to CEX.IO over 11 days from now and never receive deposit. I’ve paid 4,000.00USD and the deposit never arrive.
Is my transfer 4,000.00 USD deposit are gone?

Contact their support. It took about a month for me to get my USD deposit accepted at CEX.IO. Tell the support and they can confirm whether the deposit arrived or not. But they weren't able to accelerate it for me - apparently their review system is slow and doesn't have an option to speed things up

Based on this experience I'm not depositing USD to CEX.IO again.
